Over 30 years of experience WWC Number is available on request. I have started tutoring over 30 years ago privately in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics for mainly HSC students but in past 15 years I have concentrated on mathematics to be a lot stronger in one subject in NSW curriculum. I enjoy teaching and pass on knowledge to others. I also take pride in not only seeing my student's marks improve, but also helping them develop personally. My teaching philosophy is centred on ensuring that no student is left behind; every week I make sure they have homework and provide comprehensive feedback so that they know where to improve and will assign extra work if required. ​I believe that teaching should be individualised in order to attain each student’s strengths and weaknesses, whilst the learning environment should be a balance between discipline and friendliness to optimise effective learning. I also think that practise, motivation and encouragement are necessary to improve a student’s learning. I make sure student learn how to study on their own and teach them self so that they are prepared for their harder journey at university and work place by planning and having a good sense of time management. ​ " I am confident with the improvements I can make on my students "
