Hi! My name is Yohnni, and I’m a third-year medical student at Monash University. I graduated with an ATAR of 99.6, and I can’t wait to help you achieve your best!
Back in high school, my favourite subject was mathematics, and I hope to share that passion with you. I know that maths can sometimes feel challenging, but with the right approach, it can also be exciting and rewarding. My goal is to make our lessons fun and engaging, sparking your curiosity so that you’re excited to learn more.
I’ll provide clear, step-by-step explanations and offer feedback whenever you need it. At the same time, I’ll encourage you to step out of your comfort zone by tackling more complex problems, helping you build both confidence and problem-solving skills. And of course, I’ll always find creative ways to keep learning enjoyable!
I have also been playing piano for 14 years and hold an LMusA in piano. Outside of academics, I enjoy sports such as basketball and karate, as well as reading.
As someone who successfully navigated a very difficult and stressful Year 12, I believe I’ve developed a wide range of skills to cope with the full scope of challenges that arise in high school, and I’m confident in my ability to guide students to reach their full potential.
