As a current student pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Philosophy at Monash University, I bring a strong academic background to my tutoring. I graduated from Haileybury College in 2024 with an ATAR equivalent of 90 and achieved 40+ study scores in English and Media.
In addition, I achieved a 45 study score in English for the GAT, received an ANU selection rank of 99.95, and was offered university scholarships up to $40,000.
I tutor various VCE subjects, including English, English Literature, Media, Global Politics, and Legal Studies.
I focus heavily on helping high school students excel in their English studies, particularly those following the VCE curriculum.
My tutoring encompasses a variety of skills and writing styles required by the high school English curriculum, including comprehension, grammar, essay writing skills, text analysis, close analysis, and orals. Additionally, I provide strategies for approaching SACs and exams to ensure students are well-prepared while boosting their performance and confidence in English.
However, I tutor English or humanities-based subjects at any year level.
Lessons are usually an hour long but can be easily adjusted to suit the student's needs.
