Hello! My name is Tom van Mook, and I’m currently studying a bachelor of science at the university of Melbourne. I’m offering tutoring services for students in high school, and I’m especially passionate about helping students excel in subjects like psychology, physics, biology, and methods.
I recently completed high school, achieving an ATAR of 97.4 with raw study scores of 49 in Psychology, 40 in Physics, 40 in Biology, 35 in Methods and 37 in English language. Having recently gone through the VCE experience, I understand the challenges students face and can offer insights into effective study strategies and techniques that helped me succeed.
I believe my fresh perspective on high school studies makes me a great fit as a tutor. I can relate to students' struggles and can explain complex topics in an approachable and clear manner.
