UNSW LAW | FRENCH HSC 95 | ECONOMICS HSC BAND 6 | MERIDEN SCHOOL Hello! 😊 I'm Jodhi, a 2024 Meriden Graduate studying Arts/Law at UNSW (ranked #1 law school in NSW). For the HSC, my subjects were Economics, English Advanced, French Continuers, French Extension, Business Studies and Maths Advanced. ⭐️ ABOUT ME Throughout my high schooling years, I have observed and appreciated the impact of supportive and enthusiastic teachers and tutors upon my learning and motivation and thus, I am very eager to provide the same guidance and encouragement to other students to make exam prep and study more manageable and, hopefully even enjoyable! ⭐️ ME AS A TUTOR Already having extensive hours of tutoring experience with students of a wide range of ages and academic abilities, I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students may feel at ease in asking questions, building their confidence, and developing effective study strategies. Lessons would be very dependent on any areas of weakness a student may have or tailored towards upcoming assessment tasks and exams. Whether it's explaining tricky concepts, breaking ideas down into a more approachable manner or providing feedback, I’m here to help in whichever way that works best for you! ⭐️ SUBJECTS I TUTOR: 🔹 Y9-10 COMMERCE - Year 10 commerce marks ~90/95% 🔹 Y11 ECONOMICS - HSC Economics Band 6 Result - I am able to explain difficult concepts, help tackle tricky multiple choice questions, show how to approach short-answer questions and share sample essay plans & practice material. 🔹 Y7-10 FRENCH + Y11-12 HSC BEGINNERS & CONTINUERS - Studied French Extension and French Continuers in which I received a HSC Examination mark of 95/100 - Undertook a linguistic exchange in December 2023 wherein I spoke solely French and attended schooling lessons at St Jacques de Compostelle. In doing so, I was given the opportunity to immerse myself in the educational system, culture and language, as well as create lifelong connections. - I am continuing my French studies at a tertiary level within my UNSW Bachelor of Arts/Law to continue nurturing my passion for the language. ⭐️ GETTING TO KNOW YOU Before commencing lessons, I'd be keen for a quick call to meet you, understand where you'd like help and how I can best help you.
