Hi, I'm David. I graduated from Trinity Grammar School in 2022 with an ATAR of 99.95, earning the Premier's Prize for VCE English, the Premier's Prize for VCE History: Revolutions, and a perfect study score of 50 in VCE Literature. Over the past two years, I've tutored 15 students, with over two-thirds achieving study scores of 40+ in their subjects. I also work with younger students—some as young as 10—to improve their literacy and reading comprehension skills. I received a Chancellor's Scholarship to study English and History at the University of Melbourne, where I am in the final year of my undergraduate. I conduct all sessions online and have a strong preference for one-on-one tutoring. I structure my lessons around in-depth analysis of texts and encourage students to complete weekly writing tasks, which serve as the foundation for all-important feedback and essay development. My rate is $75 per hour.
