IB Score: 45/45 | ATAR: 99.95 | IB Dux 2023
I am studying Commerce (Finance and Banking) at UNSW. I was awarded the prestigious UNSW Co-op Scholarship for investment banking as well as the Scientia Scholarship for my perfect ATAR. I am sponsored by JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Jarden and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
I received a perfect IB score of 45/45 as well as a 99.95 ATAR. I topped all of my subjects including Maths, English (Literature), Italian, SEHS, Business Management and Geography, with a preference of teaching English, SEHS, and Geography. I also offer pre-IB tutoring for those looking to get a head start.
I have a very adaptable teaching style whereby I tailor all my lessons to suit the specific student. I have an abundance of IA and EE exemplars and study resources to provide. I have a great deal of experience navigating the IB, as I had to undertake the full IB curriculum with no COVID adjustments. (Students from 2020 to 2022 had a COVID adjusted programme whereby assessment tasks and syllabus points were cut). I provide my students with comprehensive notes, essays, past papers, exemplars and support. I also give general advice and emotional support during these tough 2 years, available 24/7 via text or call. I maximise all my student's potential and aim to make life a little easier :)!
Whilst studying for the IB, I was also able to balance extensive extracurriculars. I did debating, ran my own volunteer programme, AMEB Speech & Drama, AMEB Piano, environmental club and HSIE Clinic. I was awarded Citizen of the Year in 2023, and Volunteer of the Year in 2022 by Burwood Council. Such dedication was rewarded when I received the UNSW Co-op scholarship. Therefore, I also provide mentoring to those who are looking to apply to such programmes or overseas too.
