About
Now taking students for 2021!
Hi, I'm Georgia! I am a medical student who graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science (Distinction) in 2020 with GPA 6.95. I am commencing Doctor of Medicine at Griffith University this year. I graduated as Dux of All Hallows' School in 2018 with OP1 (ATAR equivalent 99.85). I was 1 of 25 QLD year 12 graduates to be awarded a QCE Distinguished Academic Achiever Award in 2018.
I have two years of tutoring experience in a variety of subjects. I can tutor up to year 10 in any subject (including Japanese up to year 9). For year 11 and 12, my tutoring strengths are Chemistry and Mathematics as I finished first in Chemistry and Mathematics B (Mathematics Methods equivalent). I am particularly familiar with the new QLD Chemistry curriculum having tutored year 11 and 12 students in .
My tutoring sessions are tailored to the student's requirements including working through problems with the student, explaining concepts or editing assignments. I am happy to provide assignment help in person or editing via e-mail. During my tutoring sessions, I make a notes sheet with worked solutions to problems and diagrams explaining concepts. These are given to my students after the session.
Please contact me with enquiries. Prices are negotiable for younger students and groups. I am happy to tutor during school holidays. I am happy to meet students in public libraries or the Griffith University Southport Campus library for tutoring sessions
