My teaching style is upbeat and encouraging with the aim of increasing engagement and participation. I love when students ask questions and are able to demonstrate what they have learnt, be that through their written expression or the correct answer to a maths problem. As a tutor, I assess students' needs and turn them into a lesson plans to help them achieve their learning goals.
