When Rohan first became my Engineering Studies tutor at the beginning of Year 12, I was hopeless in exams. I was hoping that my ability to research assessment tasks would outweigh my poor performances on exams. I can say with confidence that Rohan was not only able to help me understand the entire syllabus by the time HSC rolled around, but he has always inspired me to believe I can learn the course outcomes. Rohan never fails to answer my questions and concerns to ensure I have a deep understanding of each and every concept. By the time we had our very last lesson, I was reminded of my humble beginnings and the confidence he bought me the day before the Engineering Studies exam. I could not recommend him as a tutor more. Taking lessons from him for Engineering Studies has been a blessing. I also had the pleasure of having him as a tutor for Mathematics Standard 2 from the start of Year 12 up until HSC as well. I never had a good teacher in Maths so I would never pay attention in class and always rely on self study. Whilst Rohan had less experience teaching Mathematics Standard, he was undoubtably the only person I considered to be my Maths teacher. I believe in his ability to teach this subject and am grateful to have him tutor me throughout the past year. He easily bumped my marks from high 70s to consistent 90s. As a person, Rohan is also very engaging with his students. Every lesson, his greetings felt comforting and even through the days I felt miserable and dreaded tutoring even more, his interest from how my day went to the events I partake in made it feel less like it was strictly business and more as if I was a good mate of his. I believe a tutor who engages with a student like this, and someone who shows care like Rohan, allow for a much better experience resulting in higher achievements. If I could do it all over again, I would've had him as my tutor from the start. Thank you for your continuous support and care Rohan.

Incredible tutor! I had Rohan Matthew as my engineering tutor for my 2023 HSC. Rohan was an exceptional engineering teacher who excelled at simplifying complex concepts. He was patient, organised and always went the extra mile to ensure student success. Given the difficulty of the subject, Rohan knew all the tips and tricks when solving difficult problems which tremendously improved my ability to solve tricky calculations. Would definitely recommend Rohan for any engineering students who are eager in achieving those high marks.

I had gotten rohan as a tutor in my graduating year of high school (yr12) for help with engineering and maths subjects of my hsc. Rohan not only provided excellent, informative tutoring sessions, but went above and beyond to ensure that I was at a comfortable state in each of the subjects. Rohan was a godsend. He helped me achieve one of the only Band 6s given out at my school for Engineering Studies, as well as bring my marks up for Mathematics Advanced. He is very patient and ensures you are able to complete the required content through his concise yet comprehensive explanations. He also provides insight into strategies and techniques he used during the HSC and makes sure you're ahead of the others. He was always very flexible with session times and was very clear about any changes in them, providing a notice well in advance of time if needed. Overall, Rohan helped me through all my exams and assignments and without his help I would not have made it into my dream course.

Rohan tutored me for maths extension 1, and one thing that he did which really helped me progress and achieve higher marks, was to put himself in my shoes whenever I’m stuck on a question. He never moves on to another topic without making sure that I have fully understood the one I’m on. Really recommend him if you want to fully understand concepts so that you can answer any kind of question the syllabus throws at you!
