Hi! My name is Jessica and I graduated from Meriden School with a 99.65 ATAR. I'm in my 4th year of studying a Bachelor of Commerce / Computer Science at UNSW. I am currently offering one-on-one and group tutoring for: Years 3-6 - OC test preparation - Selective test preparation - General assistance with all school subjects Years 7-12 - Maths Advanced and Standard - Economics - Geography - Business Studies Both online and in-person: $85/hr for one-to-one lessons $50/hr for two people *$10 travel fee for in-person lessons I am willing to do any one-off, irregular or weekly/fortnightly lessons, essay marking and extra lessons before exams; whatever suits your needs. I also offer essay marking for Economics without lessons. I am flexible and can tailor my classes to your needs whether it is teaching content or homework help. I have collated extensive notes and exam papers from different schools which will be made available to you. I have been teaching for 7.5 years, whether it be music or academics, and am familiar with different learning abilities/preferences and how to adapt my teaching to different learning styles. I always aim not only to achieve good results but to also foster an appreciation for the subject within my students. I am very patient, understanding and willing to explain things multiple times so please don’t be afraid to ask if you do not understand! As someone who definitely struggled to stay calm and motivated throughout the HSC but also learnt a lot from the experience, I hope to be there for you at all times, not just during lessons.
