Hi, I am Jessica, I recently graduated with first class honours in neuroscience for my Bachelor of science and Bachelor of Advanced Studies from the University of Sydney.
My goal as a tutor is to help students reach their full potential. I love seeing my students grow in their skills and confidence. I have been tutoring both primary school and high school students in the past 4 years. Having experiences in tutoring students from the start of high school till they graduated, I understand the challanges of transitioning through different stages of school. I am commited to my students and would like to be part of my student's journey.
My approach to learning is through experience. I let my students attempt solving the problems by themselves before stepping in and providing guidance. I also believe in the power of encouragement, I encourage my students believe in themselves and help them grow in their self confidence. I also understand that each student is unique, therefore, I will first get to know them to better cater to their needs and abilities.
