Hello! My name is Mahdi and I am currently a second year medical student. I graduated from Brisbane State High School with an OP1 and 99.90 ATAR. I finished my accelerated undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Medical Science) and am currently enrolled in Doctor of Medicine (MD). In terms of academics, I was accepted into Brisbane State High through Academic Merit and have tutored students who have successfully gained entrance by sitting the entrance exam. I have achieved straight A’s every semester from grade 8 to 12, receiving Academic Merit Awards for every year. I was awarded the 5-year Academic Excellence Award. I was a part of Mathematics Fast Track program, through which I received a high grade in the University of Queensland mathematics course. At school, I have studied Japanese from Year 8 onwards and received the Subject Award for Japanese (topped Japanese) in year 12. We will work together to ensure that the amount of effort you put in gets you the best grades. The rate I charge is negotiable and group tuition rates will vary depending on the number of students. Note: given the wide use of online tuition at the moment, I am more than happy to hold online sessions via zoom, where I will explain the questions and solutions using my touch screen laptop.
