I am currently a pre-service teaching studying a Masters of Teaching (Secondary) at the University of Wollongong. I specialise in HSIE based subjects, majoring in Geography & Society and Culture (however I do have a major passion for History!). Before this degree, I completed a Bachelor of Public Health (Dean's Scholar) at the University of Wollongong. I am also currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Religious Education with BBI-TAITE.

I have a passion with working with young people and ensuring they are able to achieve their full potential. I have holistic and humanistic approach to my teaching, getting to know my students and how they learn is the key to success. I ensure that all students not only cover course material and content but that they are actually able to practically apply the content to their everyday lives. I ensure sessions are tailored to the learner and actively help the student towards their final HSC examination, in where they are able to use those knowledge and skills to be a more active citizen in society.

My hope as a tutor is that I am able to not only improve marks but act as a mentor for young people to discover their 'why' and achieve their full potential. I am able to tutor from Flinders NSW, and am able to come to you, if you are in the region. If not I can tutor via video chat. Group lessons are also an option at a discounted rate.
