My name is Nhung and I am currently studying Doctor of Medicine/ Bachelor of Medical Science at University of New South Wales. I have been a private tutor for 7+ years and have also been a tutor at Medic Mind. At university, I have achieved numerous awards and scholarships, including the Executive Deans Commendation. I feel passionate about teaching and always put my 100% into helping you achieve your goals in the HSC. With over 7+ years in teaching and over 70 students, I’d say you're in safe hands! I have extensive experience in tutoring Mathematics, English and Chemistry, with some students going from below average to over 93, something I hope to bring to you! I mentor both senior students who are looking to solidify knowledge and perfect their exam techniques, as well as junior students who wish to establish an early foundation and accelerate their studies. 📌LESSON STRUCTURE In my lessons, I seek to: - Identify areas of weakness and strength to then develop a personalised study plan according to the subject/s - Provide resources on a weekly basis to enhance knowledge covered - Have topic quizzes every few weeks to solidify understanding - Improve exam techniques and tips to assess full marks Additionally, every student receives a TERMLY REPORT, in which I go through detailed feedback on their progress and areas they need to focus on. 📌RATES: Years 7-10: ALL SUBJECTS $60 Years 11-12: MATHS, CHEMISTRY and ENGLISH: $70 UCAT and MEDICINE INTERVIEW PREP: $80 ESSAY MARKING: $50/ESSAY 📌 TRAVEL POLICY Lessons held online will remain the same rate. In-person tutoring is offered at UNSW Randwick with an additional travel fee ($5). I do not offer in-home tutoring.
